As a word of warning, we are sharing more personal news than usual in this post. We’ve been being quiet together trying to process our world being a bit shaken. But we thought we’d share that Danielle received biopsy results for a lump in her breast. The result came back positive for cancer and unfortunately it is considered aggressive. We’ve had to process a lot very quickly along with many new decisions that need to be made. We have been very thankful for the close friends that have already reached out with their love and thoughtfulness. I thought I might share her news here- hoping to possibly glean a little goodness from social media and have even more encouragement flowing Danielle’s way to help our sad hearts. I know that she is and will continue to handle all these new challenges with the most grace and beauty even while we know little of what to anticipate.
