BANANA à la BRUNCH

 

Inspired the first chapter in Elisa Da Prato’s newest offering, THE ROSE SYNDICATE— which I highly recommend if you fancy beauty— I offer you this indulgent dressed banana. Featuring dried chamomile, olive oil, honey, salt, cocoa powder overtop miso honey yogurt. Bananas in pajamas… get dressed for brunch! INSANELY GOOD.

METHOD:
Mix yogurt with a small scoop of honey, and a tiny amount of miso paste (~1tsp / to taste) until smooth and plate as a base for your banana. Slice banana length wise and arrange on top of miso honey yogurt. Drizzle banana with olive oil, more honey, Maldon salt, cocoa powder, chamomile, and a crack of black pepper.
