Infusion 10/18 today. Just 8 more to go before I finish treatment and get my port removed... and I’m looking forward to that! It’s been 6 weeks since off Taxotere and Carboplatin, and there’s a nice shadow on my head! Feeling like a hot piece as I wear the centimeter of fluff proud! So much chicer than that bald chemo shine! 😜

We got some good news after surgery a few weeks ago. In fact, the news was better than any of the doctors or either of us thought possible. We’ve been letting it all sink in, but we wanted to share for all those with us- The cancer responded completely to the chemo and my labs after surgery were great! The tumor had a full response and all 4 lymph nodes were clear as well. The doctors tell me they don’t expect to see me back after my treatment is finished with such positive results. We are so relieved and pleased. We feel we wouldn’t be here without all the wonderful support, friendship, encouragement, prayer, and light from near and far. I thank God. All the love has been so powerful!
